Apply generously and evenly from a distance of approximately 15 cm to the skin, especially on areas exposed to the sun. Close your eyes and keep your mouth shut during application. Apply at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Using too little product significantly reduces the level of protection. During prolonged sun exposure, reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
