The online store operating at www.layabe.com engages in commercial activity involving the sale of skin, body, and hair care products. The store offers shipping services within Poland.

- Orders in the store can be placed by clicking the “Place Order” icon located at the end of the shopping form.
- The prices of all goods in the store are expressed in Polish Zloty and include VAT.
- Shipping costs are added to the price.
- Goods ordered in the store can be paid for using the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer – payment to the store’s account BANK: ING PL 50 1050 1012 1000 0090 8049 2326 before goods are shipped.
- Payment for goods before shipment using the DotPay electronic payment system.
- Ordered goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within 7 business days from the order confirmation date.
- In the case of electronic prepayment, the order fulfillment time depends on the confirmation of funds being received in the seller’s account.
- In case of non-delivery and return of goods to the warehouse, the customer may receive a refund for the products or pay courier shipping costs of PLN 23 gross for re-sending the order.
- Each shipment includes a purchase confirmation, receipt, or VAT invoice.
- Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014, on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The Buyer has the right to return goods in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract. For this purpose, the Buyer is obliged to immediately inform the seller by attaching a detailed description of the non-conformity of the goods with the contract. Goods should be sent to the seller’s registered office address along with a description of the goods’ non-conformity. The costs of returning the goods are covered by the Buyer. The Seller undertakes to replace the goods with new ones within 14 days.
- Personal data provided by the Buyer is processed by the store owner solely for the purpose of contract fulfillment. Personal data is protected and processed for the purpose and to the extent specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, “On the Protection of Personal Data” (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). Personal data is not disclosed to other entities for marketing purposes.
The Buyer has the right to access their data, request its correction or supplementation, and its deletion. - These regulations are an integral part of every contract concluded through the store.
- In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts shall apply.
