Use daily for at least 12 weeks to achieve breakthrough results. Then use several times a week to maintain results:
- Turn on the device. Applying it to the skin, move the LYMA laser upward across the face and neck, repeating the movement three times on each area
- Alternatively, for spot treatment, hold the LYMA laser on the selected area for 3 minutes.
- Move to the next area of skin and repeat the process.
