Layabe

Delivery and Returns Policy

  1. Product delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. Packages are delivered by courier
  3.  Orders over 180 PLN are delivered FREE OF CHARGE
  4.  Delivery time to the Customer is 2-4 business days.
  5. The Customer will be informed about the shipment status via email and/or SMS.
  6. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  7. The Buyer has the right to return the goods in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
  8. In case of returning the goods, the Customer is obligated to send back the purchased Products immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of withdrawal from the contract at their own expense.
  9.  The return should be sent to the address: Point of View, ul. Jeziora 2, 05-652 Pniewy with a note “Layabe – Return“.
  10. The return shipment should include a completed return document, which can be downloaded in PDF format from the store’s website, and a copy should be sent to the Customer Service email address info@rayagroup.pl
  11. The returned product must not show signs of use and must have intact original packaging.
